Pienaarsbaken is a 4500ha Karoo farm situated in the beautiful Eastern Cape Karoo near Graaff-Reinet. We offer biltong hunting packages which include, Blue Wildebeest, Black Wildebeest, Blesbuck, Springbuck and Mountain Reedbuck.

The farm in situated in the Sneeuberg mountain range and covers terrain from 1300m to 2100m above sea level. This allows for breathtaking vistas over the vast Karoo landscapes. The vegetation is typical Karoo veld and grassy plains with a few scattered sweat thorn trees.

Accommodation

Accommodation is provided in the original 200 year old farmhouse divided into two self-catering units. Each unit consists of two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchenette, equipped with everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. The indoor and outdoor braai areas allows for campfire stories in all weather conditions. The ideal number of hunters are between 4 and 6 people with space on a sleeper couch for an extra two children under 16 years of age.
